My first email blast ever! The EDU department needed to send one out, and our regular email guy was too busy, so they delegated the work to me. It’s hard to believe that I’ve never done one, but I’ve been doing print work for the past two years and just never got an opportunity. I got to say, I really had a good time building these graphics. I miss working in the “one pixel is the smallest unit” environment. It’s somewhat refreshing. Plus, I got to slice it, export the html, and work with our developer to get it all finished up and sent out. I guess that’s the “engineer” side of my brain coming out. I’ve got my fingers crossed that some more web work will head my way, but for now, this was some decent practice and really enjoyable. (PS - this is only posted as artwork.
